Email support

Connection help

Open Direktly from a supported chat so the canvas stays connected to your conversation.

Cloud chats

ChatGPT web only

Use Direktly in your cloud chat on the ChatGPT website. Direktly does not currently work with cloud chats in the desktop app.

Local chats

Desktop app only

Use Direktly in your local chat in the desktop app. Direktly does not currently work with local chats on the web.

Open your connected workspace

  1. Install Direktly from Plugins once it is available to your account, then connect when prompted.
  2. In a supported chat, choose @Direktly and ask it to open your projects.
  3. Open the workspace from its response. Check that the canvas says Connected before sending a request.

If you see Not connected, return to the same chat and ask it to open Direktly again. Opening a project in another chat does not transfer the original conversation or its local files.

Public installation is still in preparation. Read the plugin installation guide.

Reporting a problem

Help us understand what happened. Include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened, including any error message
  • Whether you used a cloud or local chat
  • Your device and browser or desktop app

A screenshot can help. Keep passwords and sensitive project content out of your message.
