About these terms

Direktly is provided by Femigrey, a Business Reality Partner based in Lagos, Nigeria. These terms describe use of our website and connected design and prototype workspace. Questions can be sent to hellodirektly@femigrey.com.

Using Direktly

Use Direktly lawfully and only with content you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, gain unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or interfere with the service. You must also meet the eligibility requirements and terms of the connected platform.

Direktly is currently free to use. Availability of AI features depends on your connected OpenAI account, supported features and applicable limits. We do not promise unlimited AI access.

Your content and projects

You retain the rights you hold in your content. You authorise Femigrey and the service providers involved in operating Direktly to process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including saving, displaying, editing and exporting projects.

You are responsible for having permission to upload and use the materials in your projects. Keep your own copies of important work. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

AI features and connected accounts

AI-assisted features operate through your connected conversation. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate; review generated content, designs and interactions before relying on or sharing them. OpenAI’s terms and policies apply separately to its services.

Enable Direktly in the intended ChatGPT conversation and open the workspace from its response. A project opened from a different conversation uses that conversation’s context. Local files are not automatically transferred between conversations.

Prototypes and exported files

Prototypes simulate interactions such as screen navigation, visibility changes, animation and form behaviour. They do not automatically create a production backend, real accounts or payment processing. The website’s Vela example is fictional and uses illustrative data.

Exported files are copies you control. Review their content, accessibility, security and behaviour before distributing or deploying them. You are responsible for where and how you publish exported work.

Availability and changes to the service

Features can change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, errors or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee continuous availability or compatibility with every device or platform. We may restrict misuse to protect the service and other users.

Limits of responsibility

Use your judgment when reviewing designs, AI responses and exported files. Do not rely on the service as your only copy of important work or as a substitute for professional advice where required.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Contact us if a problem affects your project so that we can investigate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date will identify the current version, and material changes will be communicated where required.
